i found the location very convenient, being close to the beach. the staff members were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious (i believe it was a grand superior seaview room) and well-equipped. i especially enjoyed the fire show each evening.

the air conditioning was difficult to adjust, so the room was consistently cold. it made sleeping a little uncomfortable. i think they should look at upgrading the ac units.

The hotel has two swimming pools. One offers views of limestone cliffs. i saw a gym that had treadmills. the hotel provides beach access directly across a small road, really handy for beach visits.

the hotel's location is great since it is within walking distance of the town area with convenient access to street food restaurants shopping and pharmacies

the hotel appears rundown the rooms are showing wear and tear with marked and scraped walls the room service did not clean until late in the afternoon also the mattress was uncomfortable and the bathtub caulking showed yellowing and cracking boat engine noise was noticeable from our room further detracting from a restful stay the furniture seemed worn as well

the location was perfect. it was beachfront. everything felt convenient to walk around. the staff was friendly. they explained all the available amenities and activities very well. i was very happy with the surprise complimentary cake we received for my birthday. we also enjoyed the wooden hammock and morning walks at the shore.

the gym was perfect but sometimes a bit crowded!

the hotel is very near a seven eleven. various restaurants, massage salons, and shops are nearby. aonang beach is only a few steps from the hotel's back entrance. this made exploring very easy.

i noticed some areas could use a little attention mostly minor wear and tear that didn't detract significantly however a little refreshment is needed
